Katie helped us purchase our very first home, which we closed on in December 2014. We started the process with her in June 2014 after having a bad experience with a different realtor. Since we were first time home buyers, we had tons of questions, and Katie was extremely patient and kind, nevermaking us feel rushed or pushed into just buying any house. We never felt like she just wanted to make a sale- we felt she truly cared about us finding the right home for us. The house we found and fell in love with was a short-sale, and actually already had an offer on it, and Katie never made us feel silly for wanting to wait it out. Short sales can be messy and take a LONG time, but she never made us feel like we were being an inconvenience. She was realistic with telling us the process, but stayed positive and encouraging. She showed us a few other houses while we were waiting, and sure enough, the house we were waiting for went back on the market after a couple months. We wrote an offer with Katie, and like I said because it was a short sale, it took several more months to go through. She made the whole process super easy, and even enjoyable :) After we closed, she even sent us a gift in the mail- a beautiful cutting board with our last name engraved in it, and address labels with our new home address. She was friendly, knowledgable and down to earth. I would definitely recommend her for people looking to buy a home!
